The High Energy Physics 750kV pre-injector is a pre-accelerator for a 30MeV proton linear accelerator. Its atmospheric, high-gradient accelerometer has successfully accelerated 50-200 mA pulsed proton beams and has been operating normally since 1982. Atmospheric accelerating tube structure than the high-pressure type is simple, and easy maintenance. However, due to the high gradient acceleration field requires accelerating the electrode into the tube, forming a strong radial electric field, accelerating tube diameter must be large (Figure 1). Compared with the same type of accelerators abroad, Western Europe CERN acceleration tube porcelain ring diameter 500mm, due to the acceleration of our accelerator installed inside the ion source and
