目的分析喜炎平注射液与头孢唑肟注射剂的配伍效果。方法对两药联用测定配伍效果进行观察。结果喜炎平与头孢唑肟配伍摇匀至于室内常温6h后,外观形状无明显变化,pH值基本稳定于6.78～6.80,6h内抗生素配伍含量未发生明显变化,控制于安全范围内。且联合用药,明显增强了头孢唑肟的抗菌活性。结论两种药物配伍,具有较好的稳定性,且临床药物显效快、治愈率高,用药安全,为临床合理用药提供了参考。
Objective To analyze the compatibility between Xiyanping injection and ceftizoxime injection. Methods The effect of two drugs in combination was observed. Results Xiyanping compatibility with ceftizoxime shake shake room for 6h at room temperature, the appearance of the shape of no significant change in pH was basically stable at 6.78 ~ 6.80, 6h antibiotic compatibility did not change significantly, controlled within the safe range. And combined treatment, significantly enhanced the antibacterial activity of ceftizoxime. Conclusions The compatibility of the two drugs has good stability, and clinical drugs markedly effective, high cure rate, drug safety, providing a reference for clinical rational use of drugs.
