蘑菇房室温降到10℃以下后,秋菇生产基本结束,进入越冬管理阶段。此阶段主要防止菇床土粒过于干燥、菌丝干瘪萎缩、室内废气过浓、冰冻伤菌,造成来年春菇减产。蘑菇房越冬期间,要做好以下管理工作:一、喷水、追肥冬季气候干燥,床面蒸发量大,为使土粒保持湿度,一般5~7天喷1次水,每平方尺用水50克,使细土不发白,捏得扁,搓得散。切忌用水过多,以免新萌发菌丝遭受冻害,或因积水过多,影响通气状况。造成杂菌侵染。在喷水时结合追肥,可使用浓度为20~30%的畜粪煮汁补充营养,也可喷1~2次浓度为1%的葡萄糖液,以提高菌丝抗寒能力。
