“细胞活,企业兴”。各地企业为加强班组建设,积极探索班组管理新路子。本刊今年第4期介绍了江苏常州二纺机“陈国兴小组”的班组行为管理法,第3期、第5期两次介绍了甘肃兰州黄河铝业公司的“今天我当家管理法”,第6期介绍了湖北汽车电器厂的“看板管理法”,本期介绍的是河南洛阳宏力化工厂开展的“不怕查”活动经验。我们期望在本刊不断介绍各地企业加强班组建设的新鲜经验。欢迎企业同志们的来稿。
“Cell survival, business development”. In order to strengthen the construction of teams and groups, local companies actively explore new approaches for team management. In the 4th issue of the magazine, this year introduced the behavior management method of the team of “Chen Guoxing Group” of Changzhou Erfangji Machinery Co., Ltd. In the 3rd and the 5th issue, it introduced the “Today’s Management of My Own House” of the Yellow River Aluminum Corporation of Lanzhou, Gansu Province. The 6th edition introduces the “Kanban Management Law” of Hubei Automobile Electrical Appliance Factory. This issue introduces the experience of “not afraid of investigation” conducted by Henan Luoyang Hongli Chemical Factory.
