1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)和(2R,3R,4R,5R)2,5-二羟甲基3,4-二羟基吡咯烷(DMDP)有很强的抑制α-葡糖苷酶的活性。日本学者Shibano M等检测了鸭跖草科植物鸭跖草变种(Commelina communisvar hortensis)中上述成分的含量,并与鸭跖草进行了比较。
1-Deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) and (2R,3R,4R,5R) 2,5-Dihydroxymethyl 3,4-dihydroxypyrrolidine (DMDP) have a strong inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase .
