潜水泵是由立式水泵和电机组合成一体潜入水中工作的抽水机组。它和其它泵型相比,具有结构紧凑、重量轻、移动方便、按装容易、不需泵房而减少基建投资、使用较可靠、维护方便和没有噪音等一系列优点,因而是目前较好的深井抽水机具之一。 我厂使用的250JQB-140×B型潜水泵,配用的JQS_110″-70型电机,系湿式充水密封型结构的三相异步电机。为了维修方便,电机外壳采用三段结构,即定子机壳、上导轴承外壳和下导轴承外壳所组成。其结构如图1所示。
