在机械加工中,V形铁是必不可少的支承、定位及夹紧附件。传统的V形铁均为整体结构,备料加工,热处理等过程繁杂,周期长。为此,我们设计了如图所示的组合可调V形铁。 该组合V形铁主要由底座1、圆锥支承柱3、调整垫片2及紧固螺钉4等组成。底座1用车床加工两平面和四边。装配圆锥支承柱3的多组装配孔组在钻床上采用适当的固定靠尺,用钻床加工。不同的孔组可组装成不同尺寸的V形铁。如图所示,若将A、B、C三个圆柱支承分别装入a、b、c3个孔内,即可组成另外两种长度和宽度的V形铁。圆锥支承柱3共4件,加工时由工艺保证其等高度及锥体与定心圆柱体的同轴度。调整垫片2,主要用于调整补偿圆柱支承高度的加工误差和底座各孔组的位置误差。
In machining, V-shaped iron is essential support, positioning and clamping accessories. The traditional V-shaped iron is the overall structure, preparation processing, heat treatment and other complicated processes, long cycle. To this end, we designed a combination of adjustable V-shaped iron as shown.
