中华文化是地球上最古老的文化之一,在长达五千多年的不间断的发展过程中,形成以人为本的精神实质。在今天,努力学习其他民族的文化优点的同时,中华民族更要从自己的文化遗产中汲取宝贵的精神资源,才能以独立的姿态自立于世界民族之林,从而为建设全人类的美好未来作出更大的贡献。“江苏文脉整理与研究工程”是为了进一步贯彻习近平总书记视察江苏的重要讲话精神,落实省委、省政府推动文化建设迈上新台阶的工作要求而设立的省“十三五”文化改革发展专项规划工程。工程分为书目、文献、精华、方志、史料、研究六个部分,旨在梳理江苏的文脉资源、彰显江苏对中国文化发展的历史贡献。江苏省古代文学研究队伍有非常好的学术基础,同时具有全国的眼光,不固步自封,不封闭保守,成为“江苏文脉工程”必将成功的人力资源。作为工程的主要承担者,南京大学“中国古代文学”和“中国古典文献学”两学科有信心在“江苏文脉工程”的编纂工作中取得较好的成绩。
