作为一名教师,首先想到怎样让我的学生更专注于课堂,其次是怎样让学生将课堂知识牢牢记住,以下是笔者根据自己的教学经验总结出的几个方面。一、营造良好氛围,为课堂教学打下基础在课堂教学中,我认为老师应千方百计地给学生创设一个宽松、民主的环境,让他们在这样的环境里充分发展、张扬个性,创新的火花才能燃烧起来。要创造宽松、和谐、民主的课堂教学氛围,老师必须做好下面两点:1.教师扮演的角色要发生转变教师是学生学习的伙伴。我想,这也就是说,教师要做学生学习的朋友,而不是管制式的家长。老师在课堂上要亲切、温和,课堂下多与学生谈心,让他们觉得你平易近人、和蔼可亲,才会由怕你变为敬你、爱你,他们才会向你敞开心扉,乐意发表自己的看法。
