红霉素,在临床上主要用于耐青霉素的金葡菌感染及对青霉素过敏的金葡菌感染患者,亦用于溶血性链球菌及肺炎球菌所致的呼吸道皮肤软组织等感染.如大叶性肺炎、扁桃体炎、猩红热、丹毒等.此外,对白喉患者,以本品及白喉抗毒素联用则疗效显著过敏反应:可有荨麻疹、药物热,发生率约0.5 %.最近曾见到一例用红霉素眼膏涂眼发生过敏情况,现介绍如下:
