高职教育要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,立足于“三个代表”重要思想的高度,认清新的形势,研究新的问题,谋求新的发展。

Higher vocational education should take the important thought of “Three Represents” as guidance, base on the important thought of “Three Represents”, recognize the new situation, study new problems and seek new development.
