绝热板、发热剂等帽部传热条件对钢锭的内部缩松、缩孔有决定性作用。采用Anycasting软件建立了某厂3.1t钢锭凝固过程的数学模型,模拟了绝热板导热系数、发热剂加入时间和发热剂加入量对3.1t钢锭内部缩松、缩孔的影响,并进行了生产试验。结果表明,绝热板导热系数不大于0.17 W·m-2·K-1时,可以很好地抑制3.1t钢锭本体内的缩松缺陷;发热剂应在浇注完成后及时加入,加入量为0.67~1.33kg。
Insulation plate, heating agent cap heat transfer conditions on the internal shrinkage of steel ingots, shrinkage cavity has a decisive role. Anycasting software was used to establish the 3.1t ingot solidification process mathematical model to simulate the insulation board thermal conductivity, heating agent added time and the amount of heating agent on 3.1t ingot internal shrinkage, shrinkage, and the production test . The results show that when the thermal conductivity of the insulation board is not more than 0.17 W · m-2 · K-1, the shrinkage defect in the 3.1t steel ingot body can be well restrained. The heating agent should be added in time after the pouring is completed, and the added amount is 0.67 ~ 1.33kg.
