为研究沥青混合料组成设计及静、动态试验方法等对回弹模量的影响规律,进一步完善沥青混合料设计参数,利用MTS-810进行单轴无侧限、顶面法的静、动抗压回弹模量及强度的室内试验。结果表明:沥青混合料强度与模量并无直接关系;混合料级配和沥青品质都会影响回弹模量取值,且相对而言沥青品质的影响较显著。通过研究试验过程中静、动载下材料的变形演化规律,结合开尔文力学模型及沥青混合料黏弹理论分析论证了静、动模量的局限性,表明混合料的黏滞性是影响静、动模量取值的重要因素,并导致所得模量偏小。最后,对静、动模量的线性关系进行研究并得到不同公称最大粒径混合料的静动模量转换方程,较现有方程更为准确。
In order to study the influence of asphalt mixture composition design and static and dynamic test methods on the rebound modulus, the design parameters of asphalt mixture are further improved. Through the study of deformation and evolution of the material under static and dynamic loading during the test, the limitations of static and dynamic modulus are demonstrated by combining the Kelvin mechanics model and the viscoelastic theory of asphalt mixture, which shows that the viscosity of the mixture is the key factor affecting the static and dynamic properties of the mixture, Dynamic modulus value of the important factors, and lead to the resulting modulus is small. Finally, the linear relationship between static and dynamic modulus was studied and the static and dynamic modulus conversion equations of different nominal maximum particle size mixtures were obtained, which is more accurate than the existing equations.
