Sepsis is an infection-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome that is a complex response involving many mediators. Genetic polymorphisms are important causes of the phenotype of individuals or groups of humans, as well as differences in their susceptibility to diseases, their phenotypes, and their response to medication. Therefore, to explore the relationship between gene polymorphism and sepsis, not only may be more scientific understanding of the pathogenesis of sepsis, and these new research techniques will be the early diagnosis of sepsis and prognosis, as well as early prevention and Treatment brings new opportunities.
