目的探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其在微血管病变中的作用。方法采用郭峰法检测31例NIDDM患者和30名健康对照者的红细胞免疫功能。结果NIDDM患者红细胞C3b受体花环率和协同肿瘤红细胞花环率显著降低(P<0.01);红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著升高(P<0.01);有微血管病变者上述变化更为明显。结论NIDDM患者红细胞免疫粘附功能降低,红细胞免疫功能降低可能是引起微血管病变的原因之一,也可能是NIDDM患者易感染的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the changes of erythrocyte immune function and its role in microvascular disease in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods The erythrocyte immune function of 31 NIDDM patients and 30 healthy controls were detected by Guo-feng method. Results The rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette and synergistic tumor erythrocyte rosette was significantly decreased in NIDDM patients (P <0.01), the rate of rosette of erythrocyte immune complex was significantly increased (P <0.01), and those with microangiopathy were more obvious. Conclusions The decreased erythrocyte immune function and decreased erythrocyte immune function may be one of the causes of microangiopathy in patients with NIDDM. It may also be an important reason of susceptibility to NIDDM.
