防止退火件脱皮的介質,常用的有保护性爐气、生鉄屑等。我厂由于設备限制和生鉄加工件不多的緣故,无法采用这些介質。在低温退火0.1公厘的C20A冷拉鋼絲的时候,为了防止鋼絲脱皮,我們用黄砂和木炭粉配制了一种介質。我們用的黄砂是工业建筑用的黃砂,配制前用12孔/寸~2的篩子篩过,并在100~200℃的温度加以烘干。黄砂和木炭粉的体积比为2:1。退火的时候,把介質和經过清洗去油的鋼絲如图1那样装箱。装箱后按图2所示的工艺
