[目的]为在酸性土壤上生产优质特色烟叶、选择合适酸碱性专用肥提供参考依据。[方法]采用根袋盆栽试验,研究不同酸碱性复合肥对烟草及根际土壤化学特性的影响。[结果]根袋盆栽35 d,3种烟草复合肥处理的根际土p H均低于初始值,复肥1处理的p H最低。复肥1处理非根际土p H低于供试土壤初始值,复肥2处理、复肥3处理比初始值高。与初始土样相比,3种处理的根际土交换性铝含量均有较大幅度的增加,复肥1处理、复肥2处理、复肥3处理分别增加了104.9%,55.6%和53.1%;非根际土的交换性铝含量没有明显变化。烟株生物量复肥3处理>复肥2处理>复肥1处理。[结论]复合肥的强酸性促进土壤交换性铝数量的增加和p H的下降,不利烟苗生长。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide references for producing high quality and characteristic tobacco leaf in acid soil and selecting suitable acid fertilizer and alkali fertilizer. [Method] The root bag experiment was used to study the effects of different acid-base compound fertilizers on the chemical characteristics of tobacco and rhizosphere soil. [Result] The p H of Rhizosphere soil treated with three kinds of tobacco compound fertilizer for 35 d under rooting bag was lower than the initial value, and p H value of compound fertilizer 1 was the lowest. The p H of compound fertilizer 1 was lower than the initial value of soil tested, and the treatment of compound fertilizer 2 and compound fertilizer 3 was higher than the initial value. Compared with the initial soil samples, the exchangeable aluminum content in rhizosphere soil of the three treatments increased greatly, and the contents of aluminum in the rhizosphere soil increased by 104.9%, 55.6% and 53.1% respectively for compound fertilizer 1 treatment, compound fertilizer 2 treatment and compound fertilizer 3 treatment %; Exchangeable aluminum content in non-rhizosphere soil did not change significantly. Tobacco plant biomass compound fertilizer 3 treatment> compound fertilizer 2 treatment> compound fertilizer 1 treatment. [Conclusion] The strong acidity of compound fertilizers promoted the increase of exchangeable aluminum and the decrease of p H, which hindered the growth of tobacco seedlings.
