松花江干流依兰城区堤防3＋100～3＋900标段，在1998年洪水期间曾出现过堤下埋管和堤基严重渗漏问题，采用振孔高喷成墙技术进行防渗处理。工程于1999年10月中旬竣工，经质量检查墙体质量优良，达到设计要求。
During the flood season in 1998, there were serious seepage problems of embankment and embankment under embankment, and the anti-seepage treatment was carried out by using the technology of vibrating hole and high jet to form a wall. The project was completed in mid-October 1999, and the quality of the wall was checked to meet the design requirements.
