The TV series “Moonset” jointly organized by the Yellow River Conservancy Commission, the editor in chief of the Yellow River River Records, the Huaihe River Water Resources Commission, the Shanghai Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, the “Contemporary TV” magazine of the China Television Artists Association and the Liaoning Chuanzhen Film Studio Yellow River “script planning seminar in September 2003 September 25 to 26 held in Shanghai. The participating experts gave a high evaluation to the long television series ”Moonrise Yellow River" written by Shanghai author Zhong Guoan. The play describes the Qing Emperor Kangxi
