一个单位工作(产品)质量、经济效益都是通过各岗位上的人的努力来实现的.所以,企业管理的核心是对人的科学管理,对人的科学管理离不开思想政治工作.林业勘察设计单位的思想政治工作和其它任何工作一样,都有其自身的特点和规律,本文拟对此做一探讨.1 职工知识结构、工作性质和环境特点(1)知识结构特点1995年全省林业勘察设计持证(甲乙丙丁级)单位193个,4000余人.以省林勘院为例.1995年在职职工近900人,几十个专业.其中中专学历的占35%,大专以上学历的占34%,二者合计占总人数的69%;中级职称的占31%,高级职称的占10%.二者合计占总人数的41%.简单的
