高强度螺栓连接是继铆接、焊接以后发展起来的一种新型钢结构连接形式。高强度螺栓由于具有连接施工方便,受力性能好和耐疲劳等优点,因此,近些年来发展很快。高强度螺栓连接有摩擦型、张拉型和承压型3种方式。一般所说的高强度螺栓连接多指摩擦型连接。这种连接,靠高强度螺栓紧固时产生的强大压紧力,使被连接板的接触面间产生强大的抗剪摩擦力,并传递与螺杆垂直方向的应力。目前,国内常用的高强度螺栓有普通大六角型和扭剪型两种。普通大六角型高强度螺栓加于螺母上的紧固扭矩是用扭矩扳手控制的,外型和施工方法与普通六角螺栓没有什么大的区别。
High-strength bolt connection is a new type of steel structure connection developed after riveting and welding. High-strength bolts have developed rapidly in recent years due to their advantages such as easy connection, good mechanical performance, and fatigue resistance. High-strength bolts are connected in three ways: friction type, tension type, and pressure type. Generally referred to as high-strength bolted multi-fingered friction type connections. This kind of connection, relying on the strong pressing force generated when the high-strength bolts are fastened, creates a strong shear friction force between the contact surfaces of the connected plates, and transmits the stress in the direction perpendicular to the screws. At present, the commonly used domestic high-strength bolts are common large hexagonal and torsional shear types. The tightening torque of the ordinary large hexagonal high-strength bolts on the nuts is controlled by a torque wrench. There is no big difference between the appearance and construction method and ordinary hexagon bolts.
