近年来我省小麦大量积压,其根本原因在于小麦品种品质结构不合理。面对我国加入 WTO 以后国外小麦对我国小麦的冲击以及我省农业产业结构调整的内在要求,急需发展切合我省实际的专用小麦生产。正确吸收借鉴国外优质专用小麦的生产经验,加快我省专用品种的引进选育步伐,以生产效益为中心组织专用小麦区域化生产,在大力发展强筋麦及中强筋麦的同时,重视弱筋小麦的生产开发。针对我省如何走出一条具有江苏特色的专用小麦发展之路,本文提出了若干建议。
