我们牡丹江军马场思想政治工作研究会本着“超前研究,引导基层,当好参谋”的宗旨,坚持理论研究与实际应用相结合的原则,积极开展研究活动,把我场思想政治工作逐步引上制度化、科学化的轨道。领导重视、制度健全是我场政工研究的一个重要特点。几年来,场级党政领导带头钻研问题,撰写论文、体会近20篇。场理论研讨会、论文发布会、经验交流会上,党政领导带火发言,提问题,摆观点,谈体会。党委书记杨太吉同志的《青工理想教育浅谈》、副场长潘金善同志的《正确处理领导干部收礼和受贿问题》、工会主席吴传贤同志的《思想政治工作再不能可有可无了》等论文,受到大家的好评,被有关刊物采用。场《双文明达标考核细则》把政工研究成果及其应用列为重点考核项目之一,通过召开政工例会、会员研究会和论文评比会,讲评考核,督促检查。为了培养研究骨干,我们先后送4人到总后干训班、省委党校和电大函授进修学习;每年场里
