目的 探讨血管内治疗迟发性脑血管痉挛前后血浆和脑脊液 (CSF)中内皮素 1(ET 1)含量变化与此方法疗效之间的相关性。材料与方法 建立兔的迟发性脑血管痉挛模型 ,分别于蛛网膜下腔出血后第 4天和第 7天进行血管内治疗 ,观察治疗前后血浆和CSF中ET 1含量变化。结果 两组动物中血管内治疗后 2 4小时神经功能缺失症状改善组 (有效组 )血浆和CSF中ET 1含量较治疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;神经功能缺失症状无改善组 (无效组 )治疗前后ET 1含量均无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 通过兔椎动脉内灌注罂粟碱治疗兔迟发性脑血管痉挛是有效的 ,治疗前后血浆和CSF中ET 1含量变化与该方法疗效之间存在显著相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the change of endothelin 1 (ET 1) in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) before and after endovascular treatment of delayed cerebral vasospasm and the curative effect of this method. Materials and Methods The model of delayed cerebral vasospasm in rabbits was established. Endovascular treatment was performed on the 4th and 7th days after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and the changes of ET 1 levels in plasma and CSF were observed before and after treatment. Results In both groups, the levels of ET 1 in plasma and CSF were significantly decreased at 24 hours after endovascular treatment (P <0.01), while the symptoms of neurological deficits were not improved (Invalid group) before and after treatment ET 1 content had no significant change (P> 0.05). Conclusion Intravenous injection of papaverine into rabbit vertebral artery is effective in the treatment of delayed cerebral vasospasm in rabbits. There is a significant correlation between the ET 1 content in plasma and CSF before and after treatment and the curative effect of this method.
