脑灰质异位(Heterotopic Gray Matter,HGM)与透明隔缺如(ABCP)均系先天性脑畸型,为胚胎期神经系统发育不健全而成。本文报道1例如下。 患者 女,19岁。自1993年4月在上体育课时突然尖叫摔倒在地,意识丧失。当时四肢抽搐,口吐白沫,小便失禁。约3分钟后自行缓解,清醒后诉头痛,对发病过程不能回忆。在当地医院查头CT、脑电图正常,未予治疗。以后又有类似发作,间隔1～2月。一般发作于月经期,服用苯妥英钠后发作次数减少,2～3月发作1次,局限于右侧肢体,神志
Heterotopic Gray Matter (HGM) and clear septum (ABCP) are all congenital brain deformities, which are caused by incomplete development of the embryonic nervous system. This article reports 1 case as follows. Female patient, 19 years old. Since April 1993 when suddenly screaming in physical education fell to the ground, loss of consciousness. Twitching limbs, spit foam at the mouth, urinary incontinence. About 3 minutes after the self-relief, awake after a headache, the process can not be recalled. Check the head in the local hospital CT, normal EEG, no treatment. After a similar attack, interval 1 ~ February. The general attack in the menstrual period, after taking phenytoin sodium seizures decreased the number of attacks from March to March, limited to the right limb, consciousness
