As can be seen from the ’98 floods, the existing river embankments played an irreplaceable role in preventing flooding and protecting the lives and property of towns, farmlands and people. However, these embankments are mostly composed of earth and rock particles of “bulk”, which have low strength, small density, poor anti-seepage and impermeability, can not stand the flood and can not stop the termites from damaging. Dense, basic processing is poor, and therefore has “deficiencies ” defects. This was the only way that the floods in the ’98 floods came into being. Piping, earth and soil, collapse and landslide came one after another. People stick to the embankment day and night, anti
