《条例》促均衡为了推动义务教育发展从基本均衡走向优质均衡,营造保障义务教育均衡发展的良好制度环境,我省通过《福建省义务教育条例》的修订对义务教育均衡发展作了一系列制度设计。2016年7月29日,福建省第十二届人大常委会第二十四次会议表决通过了修订后的《福建省义务教育条例》(以下简称《条例》)。《条例》对促进义务教育均衡发展作了一系列制度设计,营造了保障义务教育均衡发展的良好制度环境。
The Regulations Promote Equilibrium In order to promote the development of compulsory education from basic equilibrium to high-quality balance and to create a favorable institutional environment for the balanced development of compulsory education, the province made a series of systems for the balanced development of compulsory education through the revision of the Fujian Provincial Compulsory Education Regulations design. On July 29, 2016, the 24th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Fujian Province voted to pass the revised “Compulsory Education Regulations of Fujian Province” (the “Regulations”). The “Regulations” made a series of system designs to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and created a good institutional environment for the balanced development of compulsory education.
