班主任是班级工作的组织者和领导者,是学校德育的中坚力量。在班主任队伍建设上,我们以制度为保障,以活动为载体,搭建五个平台,引领班主任专业发展。一、制度平台(一)完善选拔聘用制度。学校一贯坚持“先配班主任后配科任教师”的原则,严格选拔聘用班主任。聘任过程中,我们采取个人自荐与组织推荐相结合的方法,引进竞争机制,严格选拔程序与标准,并采用新老结合的方式,做好班主任梯队建设。
Class teacher is the class organizer and leader of work, is the backbone of school moral education. In class teacher team building, we use the system as a guarantee, activities as a carrier, set up five platforms to lead the class teacher professional development. First, the system platform (a) improve the selection and employment system. The school has consistently adhered to the principle of “pre-class teacher after the match with any teacher,” strict selection of hiring teacher. During the appointment process, we adopt a combination of personal recommendation and organization recommendation, introduce a competition mechanism, strictly select procedures and standards, and adopt a combination of old and new to do a good job in building team leaders.
