我们化验室在吉林农大革命师生亲临指导下,从今年5月下旬正式开展了“九二○”含量的检验工作,在上海的化验方法的基础上,合理地改变了部分操作,经萤光法核对校正,基本趋于准确,误差相差很小,有实际指导意义,现将化验方法介绍如下:一、试样的处理:取土法固体样品10克,在75℃烘干1小时,研碎后取样5克加水100毫升(蒸馏水)浸泡4小时(自然温度即可)用双层纱布过滤,滤液是混浊的。二、抽提分离操作:取滤液25毫升,加浓盐酸0.4毫升(比重1.12,化学试剂)调节pH1~2,统一放到分液漏斗中,加醋酸乙酯50毫升进行抽提,振摇
