建国十年來,在党和毛主席英明正确的領导下,中南地区冶金系統的地質勘探工作和全国各地一样,在积极努力为国家找寻各种有用的矿产資源,滿足社会主义工业建设需要上,取得了輝煌伟大的成就。解放前,地质勘探工作曾是我国最落后的部门之一。当时根本沒有进行正规的地質勘探工作。名义上虽設有专业部門或机构,可是在当时腐朽的社会制度下,地質勘探事业沒有任何发展的余地。解放后,有了党的正确領导,我国的地质勘探事业,得到了蓬勃的发展。地質勘探技术水平获得门了很大的提高。根本上改变了过去的落后面貌。从工作学习过程中,特别是学习苏联的先进技术经驗中,十年來我們已经掌握了成套的先进的地質勘探技术知識,这就显示出在党的领导下,社会主义制度对生产力各个方面的发展具有无比的优越性。
Ten years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, under the wise and wise leadership of the Party and Chairman Mao, the geologic exploration work of metallurgical systems in Central and Southern China, like all other places in the country, has made active efforts to find all kinds of useful mineral resources for the country and meet the needs of socialist industrial construction. This shows that under the leadership of the party, the development of the socialist system in all aspects of productivity Has incomparable superiority.
