设计了煤矿高压断路器动触头运动特性检测及信号处理电路。分析了高压断路器动触头运动速度对真空灭弧室寿命的影响,根据煤矿高压断路器的行程和处理器特点设计了动触头运动特性检测及信号处理电路,结合现有的煤矿40.5 kV高压断路器,搭建实验系统平台,并完成所设计的电路测试。实验结果表明,所设计的电路满足预计要求。
Designing the detection and signal processing circuit of moving contact of high voltage circuit breaker in coal mine. The influence of the moving speed of the movable contact of the high voltage circuit breaker on the service life of the vacuum interrupter is analyzed. According to the stroke and processor characteristics of the high voltage circuit breaker, the moving characteristic detection and signal processing circuit of the movable contact are designed. Combined with the existing coal mine 40.5 kV High-voltage circuit breakers, build experimental system platform, and complete the circuit test designed. Experimental results show that the circuit designed to meet the expected requirements.
