X77型细粒级放射分选机用于处理30—50毫米粒级的铀矿石,六槽道平行作业,选矿处理能力为4—5吨/时,分选效率为50%左右。该选机采用了根据介电原理设计的矿块感应讯号装置,与常用的光电讯号装置相比它具有结构简单、成本低廉、寿命长和维护方便等优点。该机曾在实验室条件下进行了一百五十多次选矿工艺试验,获得了良好的结果。在某矿预选厂对该机进行了选矿生产考查,结果表明该选机工作稳定可靠,各项技术指标达到了设计要求。该选机具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、操作方便等特点,适用于中小型矿山或选厂。
X77 type of fine-grading classifier for the treatment of 30-50 mm grain size uranium ore, six parallel operation of the channel, beneficiation processing capacity of 4-5 tons / hour, sorting efficiency of about 50%. The machine uses the nugget sensing signal device designed according to the dielectric principle, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, long service life and convenient maintenance as compared with the common photoelectric signal device. The machine has conducted more than 150 times in the laboratory conditions beneficiation process test, and achieved good results. In a mine pre-selected plant on the machine beneficiation production test results show that the election machine work is stable and reliable, the technical indicators have reached the design requirements. The machine has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure and convenient operation, suitable for small and medium-sized mines or dressing plants.
