It is known that ATPase is closely related to human electrolyte and body fluid metabolism. Some scholars have studied the location and content of ATPase in the inner ear, and also discussed the effect of bilateral adrenalectomy on Na-K-ATPase activity in part of the inner ear structure Reported. To further elucidate the regulatory effect of adrenaline corticosteroids on total ATPase and Mg ~ (++) -dependent ATPase activity and their effect on the cell morphology in some inner ear structures, the authors investigated the effects of the adrenaline corticosteroids on animal experiments. 31 male rats were divided into groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Group Ⅰ animals were subjected to bilateral adrenalectomy 7 days before their lethality. Rats in group Ⅱ were not given adrenalectomy as control. Biochemical methods and electricity
