1 病例介绍患者女 ,16岁 ,35 kg。因活动后胸闷、气促 2年 ,加剧 2 0天入院。消瘦外观 ,营养较差 ,气管偏右。轻度发绀 ,呈轻度呼吸困难 ,频率 30次 /min。左侧胸廓较饱满 ,左肺呼吸音明显低下 ,心尖听诊心音右移 ,心率 10 0 bpm,血压 15 /10 k Pa。CT示有纵隔 2 0× 2 0× 18
1 Case presentation Female patient, 16 years old, 35 kg. Due to chest tightness and shortness of breath after the activity for 2 years, the hospital was intensified for 20 days. Weight loss appearance, poor nutrition, trachea to the right. Mild cyanosis, mild dyspnea, frequency 30/min.
