※为正确贯彻实施《上海市黄浦江防汛墙保护办法》,便于在实际执行中操作,根据《办法》第二十三条的授权,市水利局最近发布了《关于贯彻实施<上海市黄浦江防汛墙保护办法>有关问题的通知》。《通知》对《办法》的有关条文规定的具体应用作了解释。
※ In order to correctly implement the “Shanghai Huangpu River Flood Control Wall Protection Measures” and facilitate its operation in actual implementation, according to Article 23 of the “Measures”, the Municipal Water Resources Bureau recently released the Circular on Implementing Notice on Related Issues. The Notice explains the specific application of the relevant provisions of the Measures.
