结合郑州市2007年开展的城市防洪规划修编,基于GIS平台,采用COMGIS技术、ADO数据库技术和Visual Basic6.0语言等,设计开发了郑州市城市防洪工程规划地理信息系统,实现工程、水情及文档的输入、存储、加工、管理和显示。该系统既可为郑州市的水利规划设计提供基础资料,亦可为防洪决策提供部分依据和一定的参考。
Combined with the revision of urban flood control planning carried out by Zhengzhou in 2007, this paper designs and develops the GIS of urban planning for flood control in Zhengzhou based on GIS platform using COMGIS technology, ADO database technology and Visual Basic 6.0. And document input, storage, processing, management and display. The system can provide basic information for Zhengzhou’s water conservancy planning and design as well as provide some basis and some reference for flood control decision-making.
