近年来,我省农业学大寨运动和全国一样正在蓬勃开展,农业生产形势一片大好,双季稻栽种面积不断扩大,晚稻生产日渐增多。由于晚稻收获时,正值秋末冬初季节,气温低,雨水多,水份高,脱水难,在贮藏中有时出现发热霉变损失。发热霉变的晚稻,产生黄变米,使粮食带毒,影响人体健康。因此,保管好高水分晚稻已成为当前粮食工作中一项十分重要的问题。
In recent years, the Dazhai Agricultural Science Movement in our province is flourishing as the whole country. The situation in agricultural production is magnificent. The area under double-season rice cultivation is constantly expanding, and the production of late rice is increasing day by day. Due to late rice harvest, positive autumn and winter early season, low temperature, rain, high moisture, dehydration difficult, sometimes fever in the mold mildew loss. Hot moldy late rice, produce yellow rice, food poisoning, affecting human health. Therefore, keeping good late rice in high water has become a very important issue in the current food work.
