随着高职院校教育的不断创新发展,社会各界人士开始高度关注和重视到高职院校人才培养工作。能力本位教育作为高职英语教学实践过程的重中之重,是一个不可或缺的关键内容,直接关系到最终的教学质量和效率,能否为社会培养出更多创新实践型人才。因此,基于能力本文教育理念下,高职英语教师必须积极树立起先进的教学观念,注重课堂教学方法与内容的创新,根据学生的学习情况和需求,有效优化改善教学模式,充分调动起学生的学习兴趣和热情。本文将进一步对能力本位下的高职英语教学实践展开分析与探讨。
