慢回弹聚氨酯海绵生产初期未反应的异氰酸酯单体直接影响产品后续环节(仓库储存、运输、商品待售及消费者使用)残存量以及相应水解产物TDA残留量。本文经过正交试验建立了前处理方法,样品通过乙酸乙酯溶剂超声萃取20min,过滤后直接采用GC-MS进行定性定量分析。线性范围覆盖0.01~0.75%,TDI检出限分别达到0.01%。此方法具有快速、高效和绿色的特点,适用于慢回弹聚氨酯海绵生产初期未反应TDI含量的在线检测。
Unreacted isocyanate monomers in the early stages of slow-rebound polyurethane sponges directly affect the amount of residual TDA residues in the subsequent stages of product storage (warehouse storage, shipping, merchandise for sale and consumer use) and the corresponding hydrolyzate TDA. In this paper, the orthogonal test was used to establish the pretreatment method. The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate solvent for 20 min, then filtered and analyzed by GC-MS qualitatively and quantitatively. Linear range covered 0.01 ~ 0.75%, TDI detection limits were 0.01%. This method is fast, efficient and green. It is suitable for on-line testing of unreacted TDI content during the initial production of slow-rebound polyurethane sponge.
