机场助航灯光系统是机场目视导航的核心部分。随着现代机场发展,供电线路变得愈加繁多,以及机场复杂的人为、自然因素,助航灯光系统极易发生故障,从而影响机场正常运转。在此种状况下,如何合理分配有效的抢修资源,以最快速度检测并排除故障,是保障机场运转的关键问题。本文以基于模糊的层次分析法为工具,对复杂的助航灯光抢修建立层次方案,并进行量化处理,合理分析不同抢修预案的选择权重,从而为决策者提供理性的解决方案。
Airport navigation lighting system is the core part of the airport visual navigation. With the development of the modern airport, the power supply lines have become more and more complex, as well as complex man-made and natural factors of the airport. The navigation light system is extremely prone to failure, thus affecting the normal operation of the airport. Under such circumstances, how to rationally allocate effective emergency repair resources and detect and rectify the faults as soon as possible are the key issues for the airport operation. In this paper, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used as a tool to establish a hierarchical scheme for complicated lighting aids recovery and quantification, and to reasonably analyze the selection weights of different schemes to provide a rational solution for decision-makers.
