日本川崎钢铁公司开发出沿热轧薄钢板全长、全断面在线检测微小非金属夹杂物的超声波探伤装置。此装置已于2000年9月正式投入使用。 罐用钢板的非金属夹杂物将在后部制罐加工中导致裂纹和针孔产生,因此沿全长和全断面上检测非金属夹杂物的技术至关重要。近年来,热轧钢板的厚度越来越薄,用途越来越广,已可直接用于制罐生产,因此对检测微小缺陷装置的需求越来越迫切。
Japan's Kawasaki Iron and Steel Company developed along the hot-rolled steel sheet full-length, full-face online detection of small non-metallic inclusions ultrasonic flaw detection device. This device was officially put into use in September 2000. Non-metallic inclusions in steel cans cause cracks and pinholes in the back can making process, so the technique of detecting non-metallic inclusions along the full length and the full cross-section is crucial. In recent years, the thickness of hot-rolled steel thinner and more widely used, can be used directly for canning production, so the detection of small defects in the device needs more and more urgent.
