目的探讨HD肝病治疗仪对脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法选择脂肪肝患者57例,随机分为治疗组34例,对照组23例,所有患者均给予饮食指导、运动疗法作为基础治疗;治疗组加用HD肝病治疗仪。二个疗程后观察二组治疗后的总有效率、肝功能、血脂及肝脏彩超的变化。结果治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组60.87%,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者肝脏彩超、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)显著改善。结论 HD肝病治疗仪通过穴位电刺激对脂肪肝患者疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of HD liver disease treatment instrument on fatty liver. Methods Fifty-seven patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 34) and control group (n = 23). All patients were given diet guidance and exercise therapy as basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with HD liver disease treatment instrument. After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate, liver function, blood lipid and hepatic ultrasonography were observed. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment group and 60.87% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). The liver ultrasonography, ALT, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) significantly improved. Conclusion HD liver disease therapeutic apparatus through acupuncture point stimulation of patients with fatty liver significant effect.
