不使用专用工具。有的维修工习惯用活扳手拆装螺栓,用螺丝刀拆装挡圈,用榔头或冲子拆装轴承。这些做法,不小心就会造成挡圈变形、轴承损坏或螺母“圆角”,给下一步拆装造成困难。 紧固重要螺栓,不使用扭力扳手。遇到比较粗大的螺栓或螺母,有的修理工在扳手后面加上长把,以为这样拧得更紧。殊不知,对于一些重要的螺栓螺母的拧紧力矩,在使用说明书上都有明确的规定,拧紧力过大,会引起螺栓缩颈,易导致螺栓断裂;用力过小,不仅拧不紧螺母,工作中螺母还会松动发生事故。因此,紧固螺栓不能用加长杆,而应用扭力扳手或其他专用工具。
