中国工程建设标准化协会专业委员会主任委员及秘书长工作会议于1999年4月26—28日在北京召开。会议由中国工程建设标准化协会理事长杨思忠同志主持,各专业委员会主任委员及秘书长,各有关省、市、区标准化协会的领导,业务主管部门的领导,以及协会工作人员共60多人参加会议。建设部标准定额司副司长焦占拴也到会指导。会议的主要内容是:传达贯彻国务院“加强民间组织管理,维护社会稳定”会议精神,学习《社会团体登记管理条例》;通报协会1998年工作情况及1999年工作安排;交流各专业委员会工作情况和工作经验,研究协会自律自养的发展机制;讨论协会团体会员会费管理暂行办法、工程建设推荐性标准管理办法等。杨思忠、焦占拴等领导同志分别
China Construction Standardization Association Professional Committee Chairman and Secretary-General Working Conference April 26-28, 1999 held in Beijing. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Yang Sizhong, chairman of China Construction Standardization Association. The chairman and secretary general of various professional committees, the leaders of the relevant provincial, municipal and district standardization associations, the heads of business departments, and the staff of the association attended the meeting . Jiao Zhanshuan, deputy director of the Ministry of Construction Standard Quota also attended the meeting. The main contents of the conference are: Communicating and Implementing the State Council, Strengthening the Management of Non-governmental Organizations and Maintaining Social Stability, Learning Regulations on the Registration of Social Organizations; Communicating the Work of the Association in 1998 and Working Arrangements in 1999; Exchangeing the Work of Professional Committees Conditions and work experience to study the development mechanism of association self-support and self-support; discuss the tentative measures of association membership dues management and recommended standards management of construction projects.
