目的 :快速鉴别红花药材的真伪,并对不同市售来源的红花样品进行质量评价,以探讨光谱成像技术在中药真伪鉴别和质量控制方面的应用与优势。方法 :应用凝视式荧光光谱成像装置,提取红花、西红花和菊花对照药材的归一化特征荧光光谱曲线,对红花药材进行鉴别;通过提取不同红花样品的归一化特征荧光光谱曲线,对不同市售来源的红花质量进行评价;系统的光谱覆盖范围为400~680 nm,光谱分辨率为5 nm。结果 :红花的特征光谱曲线与菊花、西红花显著不同;质量不同的红花样品荧光强度不同。结论 :光谱成像法可用于红花药材的真伪鉴别与质量评价,并具有操作简便、快速、无损等优点。
OBJECTIVE: To quickly identify the authenticity of safflower medicinal materials and to evaluate the quality of safflower samples from different commercial sources so as to explore the application and advantages of spectral imaging techniques in the authenticity and quality control of traditional Chinese medicines. Methods: The normalized characteristic fluorescence spectra of safflower, saffron and chrysanthemum were extracted by using the gaze fluorescence spectroscopy imaging device to identify safflower medicinal materials. The normalized characteristic fluorescence spectra Curve to evaluate the quality of safflower from different commercial sources. The system has a spectral coverage range of 400-680 nm and a spectral resolution of 5 nm. Results: The characteristic spectral curve of safflower was significantly different from that of chrysanthemum and saffron; the safflower samples of different quality had different fluorescence intensities. Conclusion: The spectral imaging method can be used for the authenticity identification and quality evaluation of safflower medicinal materials, and has the advantages of simple, rapid, non-destructive operation.
