对猪肠粘膜来源肝素进行亚硝酸控制解聚得到的各个低分子量肝素(LMWH)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)图谱分析发现一个共有的、位置稳定的特征峰。该峰对应于12~14个糖残基组成的、分子量约为3900的寡糖链。此糖链对亚硝酸作用有抗御性,其存在有助于LMWH分子量的测定和校正。
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) profiling of various low molecular weight heparins (LMWH) obtained by nitrous acid depolymerization of porcine intestinal mucosa-derived heparin revealed a common, site-stable characteristic peak. This peak corresponds to an oligosaccharide chain consisting of 12 to 14 sugar residues with a molecular weight of about 3900. This sugar chain is resistant to nitrous acid and its presence contributes to the determination and correction of LMWH molecular weight.
