海河水资源保护科学研究所隶属于海河流域水资源保护局.主要从事流域水资源保护、水生态修复科学研究与规划编制工作,具有建设项目环境影响评价乙级资质。现有国家注册环境影响评价工程师6名。近年来。完成了海河流域纳污能力与限制排污总量研究、海河流域平原河道生态保护与修复模式研究、GEF项目海河流域废污水再生利用战略研究、GEF项目海河流域水资源水环境综合管理战略行动计划、北方水库蓝藻暴发阈值研究等重点规划科研项目.承担了南水北调东线(黄河以北)一期工程、卫运河治理工程等流域重点水利工程的环境影响评价工作。

Completed the study of pollutant discharge capacity and limited total amount of discharge in the Haihe River Basin; study on the ecological protection and restoration mode of plain rivers in Haihe River Basin; strategic research on waste water reclamation and utilization in Haihe River Basin of GEF; strategic action plan of water resources and water environment management in Haihe River Basin; Northern reservoir cyanobacteria outbreak threshold research and other key planning research projects, undertake the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (north of the Yellow River) Phase I, Wei Canal Management Project and other key river basin water environment project environmental impact assessment.
