本文报道我院收治的急性心肌梗死后双侧中线旁丘脑梗死1例,并结合文献复习讨论如下。1病例资料患者,男性,39岁,因间断性左侧胸痛20余天,意识不清2 d入院。该患者入院前20余天无明显诱因出现左侧胸痛,呈间歇性,持续数分钟后缓解,胸痛性质不明确,未系统诊治。3 d前再次出现胸痛,伴头痛,也未在意,未系统诊治。入院当日晚饭时饮酒
