水压机锻造中的切断工序,习惯用剁刀切断方法。由于剁刀从四面压进,切口不平整,两头余量大,刀具损坏也严重。特别是用剁刀切断大截面坯料,不但操作困难,劳动强度大,而且要占用水压机许多工时。为了提高锻件质量,我们采用了氧—丙烷大截面切割,同时采用仿形切割机切割形状较为复杂的锻件,如曲臂、吊钩及中间带孔的锻件等。从而大大减少了机械加工工时,降低了生产成本,收到了显著的技术经济效益。
