热爱劳动是中华民族的传统美德,传统意义上的劳动,不仅仅是锻炼身体,更是培养一个人的多方面品质的一个过程。在现代教学中,“德智体美劳”全面发展仍然是教育中的最根本目标,小学阶段所设的劳动与技术课程,就很好地体现了发展素质教育的目的。作为一名小学劳技的教师,首先是要重视这门课程的作用,重视课堂教学,通过教学来影响学生和发展学生,从每一个小小的劳作过程中有意识地培养学生们的综合素质和道德品质,为学生们的身心健康发展施加积极的影响。
